  • How much do you charge?
    Nothing! My concierge services are complementary when you book a vacation package with me.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    The pricing I offer my clients for Disney destinations and Universal Parks is what you will find online. If a discount becomes available at a later time I will apply that automatically to your reservation. If you book through Disney on your own, they will not notify you of future discounts or apply them on your behalf. I do get special pricing through vendors for Hawaiian and all other vacation packages, pricing you will not find online.
  • Why should I book with you instead of on my own?
    When you book online either through a site like Expedia or on the Disney webpage, their service stops when you click "purchase". When you book with me we are just getting started! I assist with making fastpasses and dining reservations, I provide personalized touring plans, I apply any discounts that may be released after you've purchased your vacation, I assist with any issues that may come up before or during your vacation, I assist with shore excursions and other activities you may want to enjoy during your vacation. During the Covid19 crisis I have spent hours on hold for my clients to get refunds, cancel or reschedule their vacations. Booking with me will not only support my small business, but save you time, money and frustration.
  • Do you have an office I can meet you at?
    In order to keep my concierge services free to my clients I do not rent outside office space, I work from my home office. If you are local to me and would like to meet at your home or a coffee shop I would be happy to do so. Although most of my clients prefer the ease of correspondance over email or phone calls
